My overall experience at CData has been positive. It is a company that is growing out of its 20 years of start-up phase and putting procedures and process that can be repeatable. Very fun times here in 2023 and going forward.

The team is currently a great group of people who care and want to do well. Curious, driven, and problem solving individuals and it's a pleasure to work with them. Great data access solutions. Poor GTM strategy and non-existent sales leadership for direct sales. Extremely immature company but great solutions. OEM business is strong. Direct Sales is rudderless. Once addressed would recommend to peers.
