The team is currently a great group of people who care and want to do well. Curious, driven, and problem solving individuals and it's a pleasure to work with them. New leadership has moved goals around and it's possible that it will turn into a churn and burn sales org. That remains to be seen. Direct report managers are understanding and flexible and a pleasure to work with, hopefully that culture remains with plans to expand and grow

My overall experience at CData has been positive. It is a company that is growing out of its 20 years of start-up phase and putting procedures and process that can be repeatable. Very fun times here in 2023 and going forward.
