Current Employee2.1Jan 24, 2024My overall experience was fair. Culture is a big positive and you have the opportunity to speak with business owners/executives, which teaches you a lot of account management. Internal promotions are rare and time in the seat seems to be the most important. Moving Targets and seasonality plays a big impact on commissions.
