Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Bynder is a powerful tool and has hired some intelligent people. Leadership is a mess, long-tenured management who are keen on pushing people out despite most reps lacking the ability to sell within their first year. They would prefer it if you succumb to their way and play favorites. If you can play the power game you might succeed. There is no fair distribution of opportunities and they do not give you a book of business, they expect you to build your own book from scratch and if you are not the flavor of the week you will not have leads. Management likes to micro-management and is extremely emotionally led. Competitive intelligence is a big and leadership spend more time on talking about competitors rather than focussing on winning. Deal management and sales cycles are not clear and concise. Sales enablement is great, learning and development is prevalent and brilliant. Mid-senior management is the worst thing about Bynder.
