Bynder is a great product and the DAM market is hot right now. It is a gap for many organizations and the leads are plenty. The leadership at Bynder is horrendous- BEWARE. They are highly emotional, every thing is done based on favoritism, there is no room for disagreeing with them, they will disrespect you openly. I've seen sellers be berated openly during meetings/trainings. They have unreasonable expectations of sellers and every person is treated differently depending on their relationship with leaders. Everyone works very long hours- there is no work life balance. Possibly one of the worst work environments.

Bynder is a powerful tool and has hired some intelligent people. Leadership is a mess, long-tenured management who are keen on pushing people out despite most reps lacking the ability to sell within their first year.
