Built was by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Poor decision making, poor execution, and above all a dishonest and exploitative organization. This organization hires and attracts qualified sellers with the promise of rocketship growth and unlimited earning potential, however the vast majority of reps make very little money. There were several sales employees who were deliberately misled regarding what they would be paid. Stay away.

Good sales team. Definite opportunities for advancement but you’ve got to put in the work which means you can easily bite off more than you can consistently chew. Enablement is limited to tribal knowledge and direct coaching for managers or peers.
