Great company as far as culture, product, and work life balance goes. However they mess around with their commission structures and aren’t very transparent as to why. But other than that this is a very solid company and is great for entry level sales reps to develop and grow within the company

Buildertrend was a great place to start out if you want experience as a BDR. However the pay is not great and depending on your goals it may be a while before you get a shot at closing position.
