Poor work-life balance, long sales cycle, zero inbound leads. Grind grind grind. Great earning potential, but it's going to take everything you got to get there. And then they will ask for more.

I would rate the corporate culture and sales comp philosophy a 4.5, however most of the sales force operates in a decentralized model where B&B corporate policies and processes sometimes do not trickle down. There were some branches with exceptional operations and comp structure. Product fit and options were extraordinarily robust.
