horrible company to work for. they have done two layoffs, and right after the second layoff (where they laid off 20% of the company) they sent the entire remaining company on an all expense paid trip to vegas. having been on several of these trips, the only thing that happens on these trips is partying and drinking. this company has their morals completely wrong and it’s disgusting. don’t forget, you could lose your job at any point here for no reason :)

Run… they don't have it figured out. Comp plans are bad, messaging / marketing is just as bad. Once Doug(CRO) left we all knew this was the end.

I had a great experience with Brex. They have an upcoming product and lots of money going into R&D. The GTM though is a little rough. They started as a card provider and now are selling software. As a sales rep, I got to create my own sales motion and demo my own product. Quota and GTM kept changing was the only thing to be concerned about.
