Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee This was my first tech sales role in SaaS. The company was amazing for the first year with tons of culture and development. After a year and a half, everything turned upside down. All of our great leaders either left or were let go. Goal posts were moved over and over and decisions were made by people that had no idea of what works or how we succeed. Morale sunk and more people left. There was no longer a clear path to progression and compensation plan changed leading to a significant drop in earnings.
