Lack of clarity from ELT & a lot of change. Huge amount of red tape & extremely long decision processes that inhibit the sales org. Lots of infighting over territory and accounts. All in all, a very confused business currently.

Run from this company or any of its business units. Random layoffs that make no sense. Revolving door of CEOs.
