My overall experience was positive for the first few years, however recently our product market fit seems to be declining as competitors are building out new features and we are not prioritizing new features enough. Most reps are not hitting their number this year.

Good place to get started. Low training though so you have to learn a lot on your own. Pay isn’t great but if your starting, you’re probably not great either.
