Lack of organisation and change when suggestions for better were made. This was 2 years ago so I’m unsure how things are now. Barely any inbounds, sales team rarely reach target. But socials were fun if that’s important to you go for it. Its good to send a message to current SDRs that work there. They’re usually the most honest since they’re listened to the least at the company

Very much in startup mode for the UK team. Phil the VP of Sales is bringing a lof of order and will do a great Job! A lot of negative sales people sitting on big accounts and going Quater after quarter not closing!

A major caveat to my feedback is I worked there during the pandemic nightmare that was 2020 to 2021. That said, VIRTUALLY NOTHING about my job ended up being what I thought I was signing up for.
