Overall my experience is still pretty good here as a BDR. While I've heard some of the struggles some others have faced, I will say the marketing team has started to step up their support for BDRs quite a bit. Warm inbound leads are pretty frequent, although I do wish that our actual demo requests were a bit more carefully screened to avoid nonstarters.

Lots of moving parts. Zero job security. Rolling layoffs. Good product and a good amount of leads/demos. Compensation plans haven’t changed since a started 2+ years ago and they are well below industry standards.
