Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience with BluSky Restoration is positive, however there are key areas that do seem to be lacking. While the base compensation is proper for the current market, the incentive structure is not viable for certain roles. If projects aren't produced on budget then certain sales roles incentives suffer. Executive leadership does not seem to interact or attempt to listen to feedback from front line employees and skill specific training and coaching for sales people is non existent.
