Overall a great solar company to work for. High earning potential and lots of tools to be successful. 100% commission based and a 1099 role. You make what you sell

Good until they changed comp. Management is ok, lots of turnover.

My experience was educational. This company really helped shape my sales career. No company is perfect but this one was pretty good. Exceptional lead flow especially if you’re closing deals

Great learning experience. Life changing personally and I was able to have a positive impact on many other individuals while in the role. The upward trajectory starting from the floor level is fast paced and will grow as you grow in your roles.

you get great sales experience, 100% commission which gives you no choice but to be on it at all times with no security definitely shapes your mindset overall good experience.

My overall experience was good but this is a difficult sales role with a super saturated market especially in Denver. Great part time job for in college hut for sales professionals the comp structure isn’t there.
