Manager was inexplicably fired and we were told there were no quotas due to the instability and high team turn over. Then at the end of the quarter they put out PIPs because we missed quota.... leads are not dispersed evenly. Feast and famine style. Bad C-suite leaders.

Toxic work environment. CRO is a joke and has no clue how to run a business, just degrade you infront of your peers.
