Worst company I have ever worked at-worse than cleaning up after construction crews. The management was terrible. They had no patience with new employees. They were not leaders, just task masters. They have a solid offering but the company is a mess. They put me on plan after three months. The VP I reported to was a textbook narcissist. If you ever think about joining this company, run away as fast as you can. My quota was also $8M and the average deal size was $25. I got duped before I was hired.

I enjoy working here and my compensation is competitive. Very strong reputation in the market. If you're lazy you won't do well. Product sales people who have joined and transitioned to services sales haven't typically done well either.

Would not recommend Bishop Fox. Leadership is always changing, processes are ever changing, quota is 5 Million and above and no one is close to hitting their number.
