Leadership was a bit wonky at times, but think most high aspirational companies are. They’ve downsized a lot which was a miss from executives but overall my time there was positive.

Former Employee3.3Sep 8, 2023Great product and works well within its market. Due to internal company problems, this really stops Better from really achieving greatness. After laying off hundreds of great staff due to mismanagement ( and an awful IPO price) and cutting many beneficial customer programs, I won't want to work for them again.
