When inbound leads slowed down (an ongoing issue for the past year), they fully supported us developing our own outbound campaigns. This has been great for building prospecting skills.
Pay is industry standard, and while marketing struggles have affected lead flow, the flexibility to focus on outbound helps balance things out. Leadership trusts us to figure out what works.
