Great company in general, they do fair quotas and a good amount of reps hit quota. Recently just did a major restructuring which reduced some of the accelerators and incentives, however it is still a great place to be.

Reps fight over the same accounts and steal business from each other. Management does little to development and support reps. Training is almost non-existent. Product has become a commodity that is being under-cut in price my smaller emerging competitors. Most reps have to cheat and lie to hit quota and customers have little respect for us as a result.

Good place to start, bad place to retire. You can learn a lot up front about cybersecurity but the pay doesn't meet market standards.

Great experience. Base is low but commission is high. You will do really well if you are aggressive.
