Here you are order taking. Everyone knows barracuda, we have great products, marketing is great, doesn’t take a lot of skill to sell. Pay is below market average but we are hourly so you can make overtime. Managers are reactive when it comes to promotions - Promotions come when someone mentions leaving. Different cultures depending on the office.

My overall experience was neutral. There are great things in the company but comp structure, management and base pay are not one of them.
