The company is ok. I think they mean well - but they've been around for 15 years - world is a different place! 1. Unrealistic expectations for Senior Reps - DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AS AN ENTERPRISE REP you will fail - the company is designed to groom AE's from day 1 in the workforce. Very passive here - if you are looking for a place to learn but not earn - this is it.

BambooHR is overall a great company. The company itself is in 0 debt and I think that’s what contributes to the lower base salaries to start. They are all about sustainable growth. Just wish they would find a way to increase their wages!

Mixed feelings. Leadership is forcing return to office in January. Hopefully some reps will leave and open opportunities to move up. New CRO sure thinks a lot of himself. As of right now promotion is a moving target. In Feb they raised quotas and also employee counts that you work with. Then lowered employee counts, but left quotas. ?!? Quota attainment is awful....Read More
