I've been at BambooHR for three months now, and I've been extremely impressed. The training and development programs are fantastic, providing reps with the resources needed to succeed. My manager is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me up to speed and making me feel comfortable selling the product. All of our leads come from the SDR team, so there's no cold calling in our role. BambooHR is also an excellent product with a strong market fit. My only concern is the lower-than-average salary and total compensation for reps. However, the company offers a fantastic paid time off policy and great benefits. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with the organization and it’s a great place to start a career in tech sales.

Have Loved working here! It's been incredible and the culture and teamwork and support from my direct manager's has been amazing.
