My overall experience was not a positive one. There was zero development provided by leadership. The executive team CEO and Sales are toxic. Their is extreme favoritism. And the executive handling marketing and lead generation has no idea what he is doing as this is the first role he has held of this kind. The company is riddled with law suites from causing emotional breakdowns to firing a woman on bed rest. Employees are undervalued and the customers even more so. They promote that they are growing but in fact have laid off more than half their staff. Customers are roped in to a month to month plan, to be upsold to an annual plan before receiving any value, then when they do not receive the service they were promised they are unable to get a refund. The company goes through CFOs every few months because its finances are shaky at best. This is a start up that had a good idea but was ultimately ran into the ground.
