This is an organization in major flux. They've completely retooled their marketing to focus on a $1 free 30 day trial. The core product for sub 20 employees is great, where they need significant work is 50+, to be successful they'll need a number of integrations with the likes of ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Paycom 15Five, and other market leading players to help prospective customers minimize the number of platforms needed to run their business. If you're considering a sales role here, expect a curveball or two from sales management.

If you took a bunch of inexperienced frat boys, threw them into a room them to build a company, they would just throw crap against the wall to see what sticks. Sell products before they were built. Put bandages over things broken and lead with an iron hammer.

My overall experience was not a positive one. There was zero development provided by leadership. The executive team CEO and Sales are toxic. Their is extreme favoritism.
