The culture is great and it is not a “high-pressure” sales environment by any means. Of course, you’re held accountable to hitting quota but it’s not a competitive team, everyone is super supportive. Biggest challenge as a salesperson is creating urgency, as the product is often considered ancillary. That being said, our ICP is typically HR which is a great persona to sell to!

The best part of this job is the people - that’s what keeps me here. That being said, it has become increasingly difficult to be successful.
