Former Employee In order to make over 100k you must hit at or around 1 million in sales. Usually this can take a new sales pro 2-3 years to ramp up. The pay is a “draw”. They give you a base but your commission is only granted if you are selling past your monthly goals. If you don’t hit the monthly goal, no commissions and you are now playing catch up the next month. There is a lot of work that can be put into one sale. They pay structure is old school and it needs to be revamped to base/commission.
