Awardco has an amazing product, arguably the best in the industry. Lots of really good people work here and love helping others. However, a good amount of people at Awardco only seem to prioritize the employees in Utah (so remote is really difficult) and you'll need to be prepared to prospect heavily for your entire pipeline (contrary to what they will say in the interview process).

This isn't an inbound role. There is heavy prospecting involved (for now), if that's not your thing it may not be a good fit. The amount of people that come in expecting to have a full book of business and leave pissed off b/c they didn't get fed on a silver platter is wild.
