Overall experience at Avvo was negative. They hire "classes" of Account Executives. Most are let go after 1-2 months. Few remain after a year.

My overall experience was okay. Highly transactional environment, extremely competitive. Sales managers are just okay, some are more engaged than others. Ability to move up isn't really there.

My overall experience was decent when I began my career at AVVO. As time went on and the company did a re-org and added a new CRO it completely collapsed. What was once a great company to work for, became a toxic environment. Very unfortunate.
