My overall experience has been okay as direct management is good, people are nice but salary is low and seems not open for discussion. No career plan in place

The Main challenge for Leadoo is bad management and culture. They whipped people into burn out. Lack of good leadership, lack of human aspects of need for training and coaching. I didn’t need it(I am senior) but the juniors did.
