It's been a wonderful experience. The work culture and support is fantastic, base compensation is a huge step up from where I was, and leadership has been very supportive. However, in the last year of employment, opportunities have been very infrequent, leaving little opportunity for added compensation. If I have one complaint, it's really just the limited opportunities to actually engage with and demo for new prospects.

Avature is mainly focused on large enterprise clients consisting of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 logos. Product does really well in this space. Ramping as a new rep can be difficult and takes time to really make an impact.
