Automox is a great place for self-motivated AE's and GTM folks who excel at running their own book of business and territories. There is little to no training when you join outside of the PDF they send to help ramp during your first 3 months. Little to no input from management on career growth and learning new skills. The compensation at this company is solid, but there is very little training and majority of the job is self taught. There is little room for growth and there is immediate pressure to find success or your tenure will be short.
