Unfortunately, they do not like to promote within and lack an internal map for growth. If you are happy just in one position with no raises or way to grow then they are a great company.

Automox is a great place for self-motivated AE's and GTM folks who excel at running their own book of business and territories. There is little to no training when you join outside of the PDF they send to help ramp during your first 3 months. Little to no input from management on career growth and learning new skills.
