My experience was amazing except for the fact that BDRs didn't have any progression in Autodesk. Very hard to get promoted to field sales

Although the Autodesk company is good, it does depend on which team you are in. If your team reports into Singapore, expect a carrot and stick sales management mentality, except there's little to no carrot. There are many managers who are bullies and it seems to be an accepted culture. Raising it up gets lip service, but little to no action. Many people leave...Read More
