AutoLeap offers an incredible product that truly stands out in the industry. The platform's features and ease of use make it a game-changer for auto shops, and I’ve loved showing its potential to customers. However, the compensation package and the overall development opportunities for sales reps leave much to be desired. It’s frustrating to feel that the support for employee growth doesn’t match the caliber of the product. That said, working with such a strong platform has been rewarding, even if the internal challenges could use some attention.

Great managers, horrible Ops team. Bad leads were recycled and given to different BDRs just to be flagged again. Quota was unattainable especially during the holiday months.
