Former Employee2.9Nov 8, 2024Things started off very well, and leadership started disappearing and falling off. Commission structure changes frequently, leadership not aligned on anything. The product is great, but very similar to all of its competitors. Some great team managers there, but anyone above that was generally unpleasant.

Current Employee2.9Mar 11, 2024my overall experience was okay at best, lackluster training, poor management, lack of actual sales insight, & unfocused organizational goals led to what feels like an environment where your success is only attributed to your own efforts & skills. A lot of questions to ask, but not a lot of people with the right answer.
