Selling has gotten significantly harder as we have penetrated more of our TAM. We are the highest priced solution in the market and competitors will drop to almost any price to beat us. Additionally, the outbound sales motion has been immature the entire time I have been here. Very territory and timing based for success. Leadership team is great, but low quota attainment and recent acquisition have sellers leaving.

Execs are looking to clean the books up, push products on the ITRC side of the house that aren't doing well, and sell out asap. If you want an big 4 consulting employee experience than you have found the place. Most folks come from the industry, complain about how much they were worked to death but aren't living in reality due to the culture being exactly that.
