There is definitely opportunity to make real money but the company itself doesn't really help you- no in bound lead gen and very little training. Current Employee3.6Oct 14, 2024My overall experience is positive. I enjoy the team and managers. However, at a moments notice they change the comp plan which essentially cut the commission in half. The base is lower, but there is uncapped commission.
