Current Employee3.6Oct 14, 2024My overall experience is positive. I enjoy the team and managers. However, at a moments notice they change the comp plan which essentially cut the commission in half. The base is lower, but there is uncapped commission.

Current Employee2.4Jun 20, 2023My Overall opinion is that the company is going to be bankrupt and need to sell off. Locally our culture is great and leadership strong as we dominate our local market. There is definitely opportunity to make real money but the company itself doesn't really help you- no in bound lead gen and very little training.
