My Overall opinion is that the company is going to be bankrupt and need to sell off. Locally our culture is great and leadership strong as we dominate our local market. There is definitely opportunity to make real money but the company itself doesn't really help you- no in bound lead gen and very little training. We have a system for everything and it bogs down time selling.

Great locally, which makes career fun. However, terrible corporate level culture.
