Leadership is incredibly critical of employees. Their approach to management is incredibly binary. You’re either being praised or punished. There is no in between. All middle management just quit.
The product has some neat features but approaches reporting as a one size fits all model. It will struggle to adapt to mm/enterprise customers and can’t be used to track complex SaaS revenue models (usage, multiple revenue streams, multiple products, etc)
All the positive reviews were likely written by leadership. None of the reps view the team in such positive light. Browse Other Reviews
