Asurion has been going downhill over the last year or two. It is a good company to work for but no longer great. If you are in the remote space especially front line you are not allowed to take part in many development opportunities and have to fight with leadership to get the support that is needed to be successful in your role. HR has said in meetings that the remote frontline team is slowly becoming the red headed step child of the company while the golden favored child is the offshore team.

You have to get good really fast. You will be thrown on the floor, it will be sudden, there is a lot of multi-tasking. I was at the top of my group and other’s, and at that level, I was meeting the weekly quota, daily. Some had trouble meeting the weekly quota’s but it was maybe 1-2 people out of 6-7 in the group.
