Overall experience was fine. There is no training or onboarding program so you learn as you go. Management does not provide any training or feedback, especially if you progress roles. Bad communication from top down and no communication on how you're compensated and quotas.

Horrible, it gets so depressing when you know they lied about OTE to attract young college professionals. There is no upward growth like they promised, I've been on this position for a year and I still do the same thing everyday.
