Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Arrow ECS UK offices are situated in Newmarket and Harrogate. This can be isolating because most of our customers (resellers) and vendors are London/Reading/Slough based. As a result our average wage is lower than industry standard because we are not in the London payzone.
The Newmarket office is a great atmosphere, company culture is great and we do have bake days, fun days, drinks and nights out as well as a Xmas party. Flexible working is allowed, the days and how flexible is manager's discretion. Sick pay is also up to manager's discretion.
Hiring of new employees is slow, opportunity to progress within the business is there but also slow. Onboarding and training for new employees is not structured. If you don't have a good team to support a new employee it can be a struggle to learn and perform in those first few months. Especially when joining from outside the industry.
