Comp plans changed yearly to cut pay to salespeople. Leadership gaslit, lied and stole pay from employees constantly.

Market is over saturated with brokers right now, so it’s a tough market to be selling in. I’ve been hearing the market will flip in the next 6 months, but not sure if that will be the case with how many brokers and carriers are in the market currently.
