My overall experience at Aptive Environmental was amazing, if you're someone with a student mindset and are forward-thinking, selling with them is by far the best thing you could do for your career. Aside from the supportive environment, you'll get skillsets that will stay with you and benefit you in the long run. Base compensation is one star due to this position being commission only, they offer tons of incentives and other bonuses but no base pay. It's up to you to work hard, learn from your mistakes and tune up your effort.
