My overall experience was very disappointing and frustrating. Comp is very low, however the RSUs were fairly significant. They give small cash annual raises, but supplement with additional RSUs. If you work there for a long time, you will make money on the stock, but the cash comp is far below industry median for the roles. In order to succeed, you’ll be told you need to be an “Apple person” which generally means fall in line and do things the Apple way. If you see things differently, it could be challenging to work there, which is ironic.

Amazing job starting out the first 2 years but it slowly became degrading and soon enough too much micromanaging. My position is one that should not be micromanaged and it started to affect the position. On top of that, I slowly started to realize there was no more movement available to grow in my position as I had, in a retail level, reached the end of the career...Read More
