Very unattainable goals with low commission structures. You work at Appcast though to sell the best product in a niche space. Definitely a place to have a job versus career. Original founders (pre 2020 hires) walk around like are g-ds gift.

Some really nice people, but the sales structure is very flawed. Rampant culture of favoritism for tenured reps when it comes to any sort of inbound lead flow. They'll even take prospects from your limited prospect book if the VP of Sales doesn't like the way you prospect a big account. Very much an eat your young environment. Terrible leadership and lack of strategy from the CRO. Don’t invest in employees development. Compensation was lacking due to under established goals and gray area. Product is lack luster and provides no value to customers current approach to job advertising. Snake Oil labeled as “programmatic”.
