Hired during Covid, right at the moment a cloud-based project came out of stealth, while still in development. For the next 2 years, worked with partners to design and focus the Cloud product. During those 2 years, Cisco chose to go to market with a product that offered minimal competitive advantage over open source app monitoring tools

Rough growing pains right now. Layoffs and constant restructuring. Good vision for the future but will be interesting to see if Cisco can get it to market

Overall leadership direction post Splunk acquisition is non existent. There is a lot of uncertainty and frustration throughout the sales and product orgs.
