Great starting job out of college. Very old school mindset, low base salary, have to build your entire book of business. A lot of cold calling and prospecting by yourself.

Great entry level role but leadership is completely disconnected with the day to day and have expectations that even they wouldn't be able to achieve. CEO needs to quit before he ruins more lives with his ridiculous re-orgs to be a Big 4 competitor. Stay in your lane.
